USING OUR BOX FOR SURVEYORS APP

Turn your app "online" to receive new nominations.

Once received, check the distance, the consignee and accept the work.

Contact the consignee to check date/time for inspection.

Once agreed, use the app to send the notice of claim to the carrier and invitation for joint survey.

On inspection day, just start the trip using the app, follow the driving instructions and be prepared to start the survey inspection.

Once inspection has finished, send the report and decide what to do next: go back home, do other inspection or enjoy your free time during your app "off line".

GET PAID EVERY SEVEN DAYS

Once inspection has been sent, our platform will automatically issue your invoice and will be available for payment within the next 7 working days.

When using our app, you will be able to check your bills and receive notifications when the payment has been done.

The survey fees may vary depending on the country you are based and will depend on the time you spend doing the job. The survey inspection will end when you reach your base (home or office) or when you start the next scheduled survey.

We aim to ensure that the number of survey you may accept for same day are realistic, taking into account congestion and the primary requirement to drive safely.

A minimum fee will apply for each nomination and will be equal to 4 working hours.
